Why this matters

Large parts of the modern internet depend on a relatively small number of strategic choke points, exchanges, cable corridors and provider relationships. When routing degrades, when a protocol path fails, when a CDN edge behaves differently per device or when a single ISP sees unreachable origin paths, most businesses receive only vague “site down” alerts. That is not enough.
